Robert Bosch Test Pattern And Selection Procedure
Robert Bosch GmbH or simply put Bosch is a multinational electronics and engineering company founded in 1886 by Robert Bosch. The headquarters of this company is in Gerlingen, Germany. According to 2011 revenues, this company is the largest supplier of automotive components, industrial machinery and hand tools in the world. Bosch is the highest supplier of services and technology like Industrial, building and energy solutions as well as mobility solutions and consumer goods in India. Outside Germany, Bosch’s largest development center for end-to-end engineering and technology solution is in India.
Selection Process
Every year, Bosch recruits new candidates and the process of selection involves 3 stages.
1. written exam
2. Technical interview
3. Human Resource interview
Academic Requirements
1. Candidates must be specialized in IT/EEE/ECE/CSE/Mech
2. Candidates must have 70% and above in academics without any backlogs history
Robert Bosch Test Written Exam Format
This test will test two areas:
1. Technical: here you’ll be given 35 questions. These questions are based on your knowledge of OS, Network basis, Circuits, C language, DBMS, Electronic device and Analog
2. Aptitude: This part is divided into 3; quantitative reasoning, verbal reasoning and logical reasoning. You’ll be given 25 questions.
This means there’s a total of 60 questions to be answered in 60 minutes. Take note of the fact that there is usually 0.25 negative exam marking in this test.
To move to the next round, you have to pass the written exam.
